Our refund and cancellation terms for products and customized orders.

A.M.R. Bengal Productions aims to provide quality products and customized solutions to our customers. This Refund Policy explains when cancellations, refunds or replacements may be available.
Products manufactured or modified according to a customer's specific requirements, measurements, design, colour, logo, artwork, branding or other specifications are considered customized products.
Because these products are specifically made for an individual customer, customized products are non-refundable once production has commenced, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where otherwise agreed by us in writing.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
For customized orders, cancellation may not be accepted once materials have been purchased, production has started or customization work has commenced.
For standard, non-customized products, cancellation or refund may be considered depending on the product, order status and whether the product has already been dispatched or delivered.
If a product arrives visibly damaged, the customer should notify us as soon as possible after delivery with photographs and relevant details.
After reviewing the circumstances, we may, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair or other suitable resolution.
If we have supplied a product materially different from the confirmed order specifications, please contact us promptly. We will review the matter and, where the error is confirmed, determine an appropriate resolution.
Where a refund has been approved, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Processing time may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.
Customers are responsible for checking all customization details, measurements, designs, spellings, colours and other specifications before approving production.
